This form requests Nakajima’s review and approval before you make the first prepayment. It is not an online payment page, and submitting it does not guarantee approval or product availability.

Before you apply

Nakajima works with long-term wholesale customers, not individual retail consumers.
The recommended cooperation level is at least JPY 1,000,000 in purchases and at least 3 shipments per year.
The minimum initial prepayment is JPY 200,000.
The recommendation above is not an automatic form-submission gate, but applicants who expect not to meet it should not apply.
Bank details are provided manually only after review.

Company and contact information

Step 3 — Required confirmations

All seven confirmations are mandatory. The submit button remains unavailable until every item is accepted.

I have read and agree to all content in the New Customer Guide. I confirm that my company is legally qualified and has practical experience to complete import customs clearance in the destination country or region. I understand and agree that goods already ordered by Nakajima cannot be cancelled, except where the guide’s existing automatic-cancellation rules apply. I understand that all advance quotations, lead times and expected arrival quantities are reference information only. Actual conditions prevail, and inaccurate reference information does not permit cancellation of an order. I understand that Nakajima serves long-term wholesale customers only. I understand that, when cooperation is terminated, goods covered by the guide’s automatic-cancellation rules are resolved under those rules; all other reserved goods must arrive and all charges must be settled before any remaining prepaid balance can be refunded. I confirm that the applicant named above and the remitting account holder are the same cooperating legal entity. Payment must be made from the cooperating company’s account. Payments from personal, other-company or third-party accounts are not accepted.
